General Terms and Conditions
Meili Production AG does everything in its power to supply its customers with quality products. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers and our aim is to provide you with excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately after receiving the goods. We will resolve any issue to your satisfaction.
1. scope of application
Meili Production AG provides all deliveries and services exclusively on the basis of the following general terms and conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order. The previous general terms and conditions are replaced by these and lose their validity.
2. offers
All parts of our offers are non-binding and subject to change. All technical information, data and dimensions are based on the manufacturer’s specifications and are only binding within their scope. Errors and changes are reserved, in particular translation, printing and typesetting errors.
3. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of your order. In cases of obvious typing or calculation errors, Meili Production AG is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
4. resale
The resale of products purchased from Meili Production AG is prohibited or only permitted with our written consent.
5. delivery
a) We deliver the goods to all postal addresses at the indicated shipping costs. Orders of more than 30kg delivery weight will be divided into several packages. We will charge you postage according to the weight of each package. In this case, the calculated postage in the online order form is void. For deliveries abroad, you will also be responsible for any additional taxes and customs duties.
b) If possible, delivery will be made within 7-10 days after receipt of payment. If there is a delay for goods that we do not have in stock, we will notify you. Any claims for damages by the buyer as a result of delayed delivery caused by force majeure, import and export bans, etc. are hereby expressly excluded. The purchaser undertakes to accept the goods on time.
c) We are entitled to make partial deliveries. In the case of partial deliveries, we shall bear the additional shipping costs thereby incurred.
d) Shipping and transport risks shall be borne by the purchaser. Packaging shall be carried out with the best possible care.
e) Complaints must be reported to us in writing within 10 days of delivery and receipt.
6. terms of payment
a) All prices for deliveries within Switzerland include the legally prescribed value added tax (VAT). For exports see item 5a).
b) Our information on goods and prices within the framework of the order process is non-binding.
c) Meili Production AG offers the following payment options: – Payment by credit card – Advance payment. We will send you an order confirmation/invoice. As soon as we have received the invoice amount, we will process your order. – Cash, EC, postal or credit card on collection at Meili Production AG in Fahrwangen
d) Meili Production AG accepts the following credit cards :
– Visa
– Mastercard/Eurocard
7. reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. right of return and warranty
If you provide us with evidence of defects in delivered goods, we will, within a reasonable period of time, either remedy the defect or provide a replacement. If we do not succeed in doing so, you have the right, at your discretion, to cancel the purchase or reduce the purchase price.
9. data protection
The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored and, if necessary, passed on to affiliated companies within the framework of the order processing. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially.
10 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The provisions of Swiss law shall apply, even if orders are placed from abroad or deliveries are made abroad. Place of performance and jurisdiction is the place of our registered office according to the entry in the commercial register. We are also entitled to take legal action at your general place of jurisdiction.
