Although the history of Meili Production AG began with the sale of backpacks, today we are known regionally as experts in the production of bed systems. A particular specialty are our various mattresses, which you can buy in Switzerland. We have developed mattresses that do not harm the environment during production, use or disposal. The mattresses that you can buy from us in Switzerland are either made of one hundred percent natural latex or Fanopor. If you plan to buy a natural latex mattress in Switzerland, you benefit from several different advantages. On the one hand, latex is naturally antibacterial and breathable, so you will enjoy the mattress for a particularly long time. In addition, latex is elastic and adapts perfectly to your body.

One of our most popular products is the “fanello Classic” bed system. If you choose this model, you will not only buy a mattress in Switzerland, but also receive a slatted frame, a support element and a bed topper. The slatted frame can be installed in almost any existing bed and can optionally be equipped with a foot elevation and/or a sitting elevation. When you buy a mattress from Meili Production AG in Switzerland, we will precisely map your spine using a vertebral scanner. We then use these findings to precisely adjust the selected support element to your body.
